# Gaming Font Generator: Logo Text to PNG | FontsLike

In-browser lettering studio and logo text generator powered strictly by redistributable open fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1, Apache 2.0, Ubuntu Font Licence, and Creative Commons Zero).

## Features

- **One Renderer, Dual Output:** Synchronous Canvas 2D rasterization (live preview & PNG) and opentype.js vector paths (SVG export).
- **Zero Font File Dependencies in SVG:** Letters are converted into vector Bézier path curves (<path d="..."/>).
- **High-Resolution PNG:** Clean raster output up to 4× scale (max 4096 px), with transparent alpha channel or background badge.
- **Client-Side Privacy:** 100% in-browser rendering. Zero text or design data sent to any server.
- **Stateful URL Hash Sharing:** Complete design serialized as base64url JSON in the URL fragment (#...).

### Allowed Constraints

- `text`: string ≤ 120 characters, ≤ 4 lines (separated by newline).
- `font`: open font slug from `/api/fonts.json` with `preview !== false`.
- `size`: integer 16 to 160 px.
- `letterSpacing`: number -0.2 to 0.6 em.
- `lineGap`: number 0.6 to 2.5 multiplier.
- `padding`: number 0 to 120 px.
- `align`: "left" | "center" | "right".
- `outlines`: array of up to 3 strokes ({ width: number, color: string, join: "round" | "miter" }).
- `shadows.extrusion.depth`: 0 to 48 px.
